When To Do This

A Brand or Function will perform this procedure when it is desired to display the details of an actual line item for cost centers.

Business Process Overview

A cost center is an organizational unit that represents a clearly delimited location where costs occur. Cost centers can represent organizational divisions on the basis of functional and/or responsibility-related standpoints. At Limited Brands, cost centers will be set up for areas within the organization where expenses are incurred. Cost centers may also be set up to facilitate the allocations process.

 

Input - Required Fields	Field Value/Comments
Cost Center or Cost Center Group =	Enter the cost center or the cost center group for which detailed posting information is desired.
Cost Element or Cost Element Group	Enter the cost element or the cost element group for which detailed posting information is desired.

 

Output - Results	Next Steps
Displayed line item detail for cost centers.	Select Back (F3) to display another cost center.

Procedure

1.       Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.

      Display Actual Cost Line Items for Cost Centers : Initial Screen

2.       As required, complete/review and of the following fields:

·         Cost Center

·         Cost Center Group

·         Cost Element

·         Cost Element Group

 

3.       Click  .

4.       Perform one of the following:

Reviewing the report without changing the screen layout,	Step 19

 

5.       Click  in order to change the layout of the display. 

    A variety of columns of information can be added.

      Display Actual Cost Line Items for Cost Centers

19.     Perform one of the following as necessary:

	Select a line item and click the Source Document button to display the data entry information.
	Highlight a numerical column and click the Total button to total the selected data.
	Highlight a numerical column and click the Subtotals button to total the selected data.
	This button displays the data in an Excel spreadsheet.

20.     Click  .

    The system will not display a confirmation message since this transaction is for reporting and / or informational purposes.

21.     You have completed this transaction.
