A Brand or Function will perform this procedure when it is desired to display the details of an actual line item for cost centers.

Business Process Overview

A cost center is an organizational unit that represents a clearly delimited location where costs occur. Cost centers can represent organizational divisions on the basis of functional and/or responsibility-related standpoints.

At Limited Brands, cost centers will be set up for areas within the organization where expenses are incurred. Cost centers may also be set up to facilitate the allocations process.

1.       Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.

2.       As required, complete/review and of the following fields:

·         Cost Center Group

·         Cost Element

·         Cost Element Group

Highlight a numerical column and click the Total button to total the selected data.
