Create My List in SAP SCEM WCL (/SAPTRX/WCL_FAVORITE)

 

Purpose

Use this procedure to create a user specified custom list of purchase order or shipments that is to be displayed immediately upon logging into the SCEM WCL.

When To Do This

Perform this procedure when the "search" process has already been executed and when the results of the search process are to be saved for future use (viewing, printing, sharing).

Prerequisites

Complete search in WCL process for PO or Shipment first

·         Refer to BPP: LPE.08.01_SCEM_BPP for details.

Procedure

1.       Complete the PO status or shipment query.

    Execute a PO or shipment query by using  /SAPTRX/WCL_SEARCH as explained in LPE.08.01_Shipment_Internal Users_BPP  or LPE.08.01_PO_Internal Users_BPP.

2.       Click  to select specific Purchase Order or Ship Project Numbers to save to My List.

    Click  to select all of the search results.

3.       Click  once all desired items are selected.

    The My List screen will now be displayed in WCL start page upon logging in to the SCEM. The view can be changed by using a drop down menu on the Settings screen.

4.       Click  to view the current content of the newly created My List.

5.       Click an item in the first column (under PO Type/Shipment Type) to display detailed information.

    To sort the list, click a column header.

6.       Click  to return the list of items.

7.       Click  .to select any entry on My List" for removal.

8.       Click .

    This item is now removed from the list.

9.       Click  to create a view of My List.

    In a separate window a printable version of my list is displayed.  User can print or  saved to a file format such as Excel or html.

10.     To save My List to a file, select File Save As....

11.     Close the window to return to the WCL view of My List.

    Steps 9 and/or 10 must be completed each time the Purchase Order or Shipment Statuses are updated in the WCL view or as new items are added or deleted from My List in order to update electronic files and/or printed versions.

12.     Click .

    The system returns to the log in screen.

13.     The create My List process is now complete.

Result

A custom tracking view in the WCL that is updated and viewable each time the WCL is accessed as been created.
