Quota arr. usage	O	Key that specifies which business functions use a quota arrangement. The value assigned to the Quota arr. Usage defines what business functions are relevant to the quota arrangement quantities. (i.e. all purchase order and purchase requisition quantities should be tracked against the quota arrangement). The SAP definition is given below this matrix. For Apparel, when there is a need to procure an Article from multiple Vendors, then Quota Arrangement should be maintained and this field should indicate '4' for Quota usage. The Quota arr. Usage field is only relevant in BA sites. Always select '4' Example: 4
GR processing time	O	Number of workdays required after receipt of the material for inspection and placement into storage. Goods receipt time is always defined in terms of working days. The GR processing time is only relevant in BA sites. Example: 4
SchedMargin key	R	Key used to determine the floats (working days) required when processing an order in several stages. Example: 000
