Use this procedure to activate a Deal 0 or Bonus Buy promotion.

When To Do This

Perform this procedure after creating a Deal 0 or Bonus Buy promotion.

Deal 0 or Bonus Buy promotion that needs activating

Only activate one of the variant articles regardless of the number of articles or if it is a Deal 0 or Bonus Buy promotion

Procedure

1.       Start the activity using the menu path or transaction code.

Promo. subsequent processing: Initial Screen

 

2.       As required, complete/review the following fields:

3.       Click  .

Promo. subsequent processing: Price Activation

 

4.       Click  next to the article being used to activate the promotion.

5.       Click  .

Selection of Periods for Price Activation

 

6.       Click  to put a check mark in this field

7.       Click  .

Promo. subsequent processing: Price Activation

 

8.       Click  .

    The system displays the message, "Promotion xxxxxxxx saved"

9.       This activity is now complete.

Result

Activated promotion that will be sent to the stores during the nightly POPE batch run
